The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in precision welding, a strong understanding of metal fabrication, and the ability to produce high-quality welds on a consistent basis. This role requires a commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on architectural aluminum products. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, and fitting components prior to welding, as needed. Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications. Inspect finished work for accuracy and structural integrity. Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
