Seeking experienced Welders and Fabricators

• + Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux Core welding based on project requirements + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols + Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components + Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding + Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy + Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment + Follow all safety procedures and quality standards •Qualifications•+ Previous welding and/or fabrication experience + Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints + Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum preferred + Familiarity with fabrication tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, saws, and drill presses + Ability to pass a weld test if required •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tallahassee, FL.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.

00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
