Welder Position Overview:

We are in search of experienced welders to join our team in Atlanta. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. As a welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in welding and must possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. This is a physically demanding job that requires good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks based on project specifications and blueprints
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in welding
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
• Familiarity with different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:

• Certification or training in welding from a recognized institution
• Experience working with different types of metals (steel, aluminum, etc.)
• Familiarity with safety protocols for handling hazardous materials
