What You'll Do Weld and assemble vinyl and aluminum window frames Set up, align, and fit parts to meet production specs Use hand and power tools to complete quality work orders Follow safety standards and maintain welding equipment What We're Looking For 1+ year of manufacturing experience (welding experience a plus) Ability to read measurements and work with precision Strong attention to detail and a teamfocused mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet during shifts Why Join Us?
