Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking dedicated candidates to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in our Welding Shop. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment, utilizing mig welders and hand tools, power tools, and saws to fabricate metal efficiently. Welding experience preferred but is not required. Standard work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm with some Friday's as needed. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production flow. Fabricate products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met. Utilize mig welders for fabrication tasks, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality control, and operational procedures. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication within a diverse workforce.
