Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aluminum TIG Welder to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for precisely welding aluminum components using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques to produce high-quality, durable metal assemblies. Your expertise will ensure that all welds meet strict quality standards and adhere to safety protocols, contributing to the successful completion of various construction and fabrication projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced welding technologies and collaborate with a dedicated team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Perform aluminum welding using TIG (GTAW) process, ensuring clean, strong, and precise welds in accordance with project specifications and AWS (American Welding Society) standards Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces using power tools, plasma cutters, and hand tools before welding Fabricate door frames Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, including proper handling of gas cylinders, power tools, and welding equipment Conduct quality inspections of welds using measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers; perform repairs as needed to meet quality standards Experience Experience preferred, but we will train on-site.
