Job Description

Welder Responsibilities Fabrication:
Perform
MIG/TIG/ARC
welding on aluminum, stainless, and cast iron in all positions.
Precision:
Interpret blueprints, align workpieces using jigs/vises, and ensure quality via inspections.
Equipment:
Operate torches, power tools, forklifts, and Lulls; perform basic equipment troubleshooting.
Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain PPE standards, monitor weld quality, and report machinery faults.
Key Requirements Experience:
2+ years of welding experience (or equivalent education).
Aluminum Proficiency:
6 months of aluminum experience or an 80%+ score on an onsite test.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in uncontrolled indoor/outdoor environments.
Training:
Proficiency in Safety/First Aid and blueprint reading.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00
