Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor industrial TIG welding machinery according to strict safety and production guidelines. Perform critical quality checks to ensure all welded products meet exact specifications and blueprints. Adjust machine and welding settings as needed to optimize both weld quality and production efficiency. Identify, document, and report any defects, or process variances to the team. Assist with basic welding machine maintenance and technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a TIG welder. Proven experience specifically in quality control, weld inspection, or quality assurance. The ability to accurately read measurements, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail, a consistent work ethic, and reliable attendance.
