Duties and Responsibilities Fills in to meet quality and production standards for any and all weld shop positions in the absence of regular team members. Perform training of co-workers on weld shop processes/equipment utilizing work standards. Learn new processes quickly in order to deliver and conduct training of others. Advanced troubleshooting skills in regards to parts, tools, and job distribution to prevent down time on the production line. Utilize root cause analysis tools (5-Why, fishbone diagram, PDCA) Understands the importance and necessity of the 5-Gen principle process. Maintains and trains co-workers on 5S compliant work standards. Supports ISO 9001 and

requirements. Performs special projects as requested and related tasks as needed Essential Skills and Experience Extensive knowledge of Kubota products and weld shop process English language competency and legible writing ability Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work with little to no oversight.
