Fabrication Welder - 1st Shift

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Welder in LaGrange, Georgia. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $18-23 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Summary:

Ensure that all job orders are welded to specification and that all parts are inspected upon completion, before sending to the next process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform Mig and Tig welding in a production environment Ability to set up jobs and weld according to blueprints Maintain required tolerances and angles Ability to correctly use necessary tools for measuring and cutting Ability to to grind own work Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

Experience Needed:

Minimum of 3 years experience: 5 years is preferred Strong problem solving skills Ability to read schematics and blueprints Ability to work overtime as needed
