We need to hire an Installer / Fabricator / Welder to be responsible for cutting, welding, and assembling vehicle components to meet specific design and safety standards. This role involves interpreting engineering blueprints, performing modifications, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in the fabrication of automotive parts and is essential for ensuring that automotive components are fabricated correctly and safely, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles produced. This position requires a blend of technical skills and attention to detail to ensure that all parts meet specific design and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Cutting and Welding :
Use various welding techniques to join metal vehicle parts and components.
Assembly :
Assemble vehicle components according to engineering specifications.
Blueprint Interpretation :
Read and interpret engineering blueprints to understand design requirements.
Quality Assurance :
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards during fabrication.
Modifications :
Perform modifications on vehicle parts as needed to meet design specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.) and familiarity with fabrication tools.
Blueprint Reading :
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Attention to
Detail :
Strong focus on quality and precision in work.
Problem-Solving :
Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the fabrication process.
