Welder's Needed 1st & 2nd Shift Pay- $20-24/hr! Job Description We are seeking a skilled welder to perform Flux Core Welding on mild steel for the construction of barges. The role involves using MIG and TIG welding techniques, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with a team under the guidance of a supervisor. Shift - 3:30 PM, and 2nd shift is Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM to 12:45 AM. Responsibilities Perform Flux Core, MIG, and TIG welding on mild steel. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Work collaboratively within a team environment under supervision. Engage in fabrication and fitting tasks. Handle welding of stainless, carbon, and structural steel. Essential Skills Proficient in Flux Core, MIG, and TIG welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with fabrication and fitting tasks Knowledge of welding stainless, carbon, and structural steel. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashland City, TN.
