MIG Welder / Fabricator (Cedar Rapids, IA - $20-$26/hr) Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunities We are seeking skilled MIG Welders / Fabricators to join our team in a stable and growing manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on aluminum and/or steel components Weld, tack, and assemble parts according to specifications and drawings Read and interpret basic blueprints and measurements Fabricate components using .035 wire and standard welding processes Weld in various positions, including flat and vertical Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and consistency Use hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines What We're Looking For Minimum 6 months of MIG welding experience At least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or shop environment Experience working with aluminum and/or steel Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Fabrication or mechanical assembly experience Experience with flux-core or TIG welding Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Work Environment Manufacturing or fabrication shop setting Hands-on, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Safety-focused workplace with required PPE Why Join Us Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for career advancement and skill development Consistent, full-time work with long-term stability Regular performance reviews and growth opportunities Supportive leadership and a strong team culture If you're a dependable welder looking to grow your career in a stable environment, we'd love to hear from you.
