Cedar Rapids, IA We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work in a hands-on production environment. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on aluminum feed trailers Weld and tack aluminum components using .035 wire Read and interpret blueprints to determine weld locations, measurements, and positioning Climb into bins and trailer compartments as needed to complete welds Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the fabrication process What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience 6+ months of MIG welding experience 1+ year of on-the-job welding experience Experience welding steel or aluminum Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints Additional Qualifications Comfortable climbing into trailers and working in confined spaces Strong attention to detail Willingness to work assigned shifts Why Work With Us? 9:30 PM-6:00 AM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
