Responsible for designing, cutting and shaping metal to repair existing equipment and fabricating new equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
Repair existing equipment and fabricating new, including hard surfacing wear items. Weld components using a variety of processes including TIG, MIG and ARC, Plasma cutter, Oxy acetylene torch. Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy. Ensure that the supply of consumables ( i.e. gas, welding wire etc.) does not run out.
Job Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Familiarity with Stick welding, Flux core wire welding, ARC gouging, Plasma cutter and Oxy acetylene torch Ability to read and interpret blueprints and recognize welding symbols and specifications Class A CDL (for service truck)
Hours & Compensation:
Monday - Friday Approximately 50 hours/week
