Ideal candidate will be capable of the following (however, we can train the person) : Working with blueprints prior to starting a project Sourcing the materials/parts to be used in the project Measuring and locating parts to specifications shown on drawing Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints Knowledge of overhead cranes and running a forklift is helpful.
