Job Description

Now Hiring Mig Welder (First Shift) We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with MIG welding or fabrication experience who take pride in producing high-quality work and can confidently read blueprints. πŸ”§ What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on steel components Read and interpret blueprints to complete assemblies accurately Measure and align parts using a tape measure Assemble and weld components to meet specifications Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy Operate basic fabrication tools and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals βœ… What You Bring 1+ year of MIG welding experience Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts ⭐ Preferred Experience in fabrication or manufacturing Experience using basic shop equipment Ability to work on multiple product types and projects 🏭 Work Environment Manufacturing or fabrication shop setting Hands-on, team-oriented environment Regular use of welding equipment and tools 🌟 Why Join Us Competitive pay with growth potential Profit sharing and benefits available Stable, long-term employment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
