Job Description Job Description Build High-Quality Stainless Solutions J&K Commercial Construction's manufacturing team fabricates custom stainless-steel products for commercial kitchens-sinks, tables, cabinetry, hoods, and food service equipment. We're looking for a Precision TIG Welder to help us deliver immaculate, on-spec work as our division grows. Role highlights Read and apply blueprints and shop drawings to ensure accurate fit-up and assembly Set up and TIG weld 304 stainless in gauges typically ranging from 20 to 12 Grind, finish, and polish welds to meet visual and dimensional standards Inspect components and assemblies for precision, accuracy, and clean appearance Maintain welding equipment; perform routine upkeep and basic troubleshooting Organize your station and follow safety procedures Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to meet production schedules Must-haves Proven TIG welding experience with stainless steel Experience welding 304 stainless from 18-gauge to 12-gauge (preferred) Blueprint and fabrication drawing literacy Proficiency with electric and pneumatic grinders and polishers Attention to detail; pride in clean, consistent results Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Valid driver's license Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds Dependable, punctual, and open to learning-training available for the right fit Proficiencies Driver's License Troubleshooting Skills Tape Measure Reading Welding Setups for Production High School / GED Blueprint Reading Why join Work with a tight-knit crew that values quality and collaboration.
