Job Description

Atlas Staffing is hiring a full-time Welder for reputable manufacturing company in Post Falls, Idaho. If you want to be a part of a team building heavy-duty equipment and vehicles from the ground up, apply now!
THIS IS A WEEKEND SHIFT.
Objective:
As a welder you'll help fabricate complex machinery, welding in multiple positions and following products through to completion. Perfect for professionals who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and take pride in quality craftsmanship.
Welder Responsibilities:
Fabricate structural assemblies from blueprints and specifications Weld in multiple positions using MIG and related techniques Inspect weld size, spacing, and quality against production standards Clean slag, spatter, tack welds, and bracing Prepare and clean parts prior to welding
Welder Requirements:
2+ years welding experience (3+ years preferred) Skilled in blueprint reading and weld layout interpretation Ability to maintain quality in high-output environment Comfortable working in varied physical positions and temperatures
Welder Physical Requirements:
MIG welders, grinders, and hand tools Fabrication stations with overhead ventilation 55-88°F production environment Standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Safety gear required (gloves, welding mask, etc.)
Shift:
Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM - 3x12's!
Wage:
