What You'll Be Doing Perform MIG welding on steel components in a production environment Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to complete welds accurately Set up parts and materials on fixtures prior to welding Weld in multiple positions including flat, vertical, and overhead Conduct visual inspections to ensure weld quality and consistency Grind and clean welds to meet finish and quality standards Use hand and power tools to support production tasks Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area What We're Looking For Some hands-on experience with MIG welding (school or work experience accepted) Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with tools and manufacturing equipment What You'll Get ✅ Weekly Pay
