Job Description
Build Quality. Build Your Future. We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our growing manufacturing team. If you take pride in producing high-quality welds, enjoy working from drawings, and want long-term stability with great benefits, this role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects in a clean, modern facility alongside experienced professionals. What You'll Do As a Welder, you'll play a key role in our production and fabrication operations by performing structural and pipe welding, as well as moderate-complexity fabrication and repair work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform standard production welds and basic repair welding Complete structural welding, piping, and moderate-complexity fabrication Independently set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment Read and interpret moderately complex engineering drawings and blueprints Conduct in-process inspections and correct minor weld defects Select appropriate consumables and welding parameters for each job Ensure all work meets applicable welding codes and quality standards What We're Looking For We value experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.Required Skills & Experience:
Completed formal welding training 0-5 years of hands-on welding experience Multiple AWS certifications; qualified for structural and pipe welding Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding across multiple positions Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum Ability to read and interpret moderately complex drawings Strong understanding of welding codes and inspection standards Ability to independently set up equipment and select consumables Nice toHave:
