The Role:
As a Welder, you will join our Manufacturing Team and perform intermediate-level welding duties, including structural components and piping, conducting thorough inspections, and troubleshooting minor issues while working with multiple materials.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform standard production welds and basic repair welding Perform structural welding, piping, and moderate-complexity fabrication Independently set up and adjust welding equipment Read and interpret moderately complex engineering drawings Conduct in-process inspections and correct minor defects Select appropriate consumables and welding parameters Maintain equipment and ensure work complies with welding codes Identify hazards and take corrective action Other duties as assigned
Our Requirements:
Completed formal welding training 2-5 years hands-on welding experience Holds multiple AWS certifications; qualified for structural and pipe welding Reads and interprets moderately complex drawings; plans basic layouts independently Skilled in MIG, TIG, Stick processes across multiple positions Experience with stainless steel and aluminum Conducts thorough inspections; understands welding codes Sets up equipment independently; selects consumables Applies OSHA standards consistently; identifies hazards Works with moderate supervision; makes routine decisions Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future
Pay Rate:
