Job Description

We are seeking dependable and experienced Level
I/II/III
Welders to join our structural steel fabrication team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for welding structural steel components according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong welding skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on structural steel components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Fit, align, and assemble structural steel members before welding.
  • Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, torches, and material handling equipment.
  • Inspect welds for defects and complete repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain welding equipment and report maintenance needs.
  • Follow production schedules while maintaining quality workmanship.
  • Work safely and comply with company safety policies.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Assist with other fabrication duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of structural steel welding experience.
  • Proficient in MIG (GMAW) welding.
  • Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Benefits

$20.00 - $32.00 per hour
