• What You'll Do
• As an Entry‑Level Welder, you'll help manufacture steel and aluminum components used in
• consumer and industrial products
• . This role is ideal for welders looking to strengthen their skills in a production setting while working with experienced teammates.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum parts + Set up welding equipment and make basic adjustments + Change welding wire spools and tips as needed + Weld parts according to blueprints and specifications + Perform visual inspections and take measurements to ensure quality + Grind excess weld material and remove burrs when required + Move materials and finished parts to designated areas + Track daily production (part numbers & quantities) + Report equipment issues and material shortages to supervisors •What We're Looking For•+ Entry‑level to early‑career MIG welding experience + Welding certificate required + Ability to read and understand blueprints + Familiarity with fabrication and flux core welding is a plus + Comfortable welding 16-12 gauge steel •
