We're hiring an Entry‑Level Production MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for recent welding grads or welders with production experience who want steady hours, consistent work, and a clear path to permanent employment. What You'll Do Set up and operate MIG welding equipment for steel and aluminum Perform high‑volume production welding , including tack and assembly welding Read and follow blueprints and weld symbols Inspect welds visually and with basic measurements to ensure quality Grind and finish welds to meet specifications Track daily production and report material or equipment issues Follow all safety guidelines and keep your workstation clean Work as part of a team‑based production line to meet daily goals What We're Looking For Experience with MIG welding in a production or manufacturing setting Ability to weld 16-12 gauge steel Welding certificate or formal MIG welding training Basic blueprint and weld symbol reading skills Comfortable using grinders and common fabrication tools Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks Nice to Have (Not Required) High‑volume or multi‑station production welding experience Flux‑core welding experience Steel and aluminum welding experience Willingness to work 2nd shift, overtime, and occasional Saturdays Why You'll Want This Job Contract‑to‑hire with clear advancement opportunities Weekly pay plus scheduled raises Full benefits package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance FSA/HSA and 401(k) with company match Paid time off, personal days, and education reimbursement Clean, organized facility with a respectful, team‑first culture Supportive, approachable leadership Work Schedule & Environment 2nd
