Job Description

MIG Welder | 1st Shift | Overtime Available Build Heavy Equipment That Matters We're hiring MIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team building small and large industrial equipment . If you're a hands-on welder who can read prints and take pride in quality work, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a stable, high-demand environment. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on small and large machinery and structural components Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and shop orders Work from assembly prints and pick lists to complete builds accurately Operate overhead and jib cranes to safely move materials and finished products Weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, horizontal) Inspect your work to ensure quality and minimize scrap What We're Looking For MIG welding experience (or recent welding school grads welcome) Ability to read basic blueprints and weld symbols Comfort working with measuring tools and fractions Ability to weld in multiple positions Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Preferred (Not Required) Experience with heavy or custom fabrication Familiarity with overhead cranes Experience fitting parts or working with assembly processes Why You'll Love This Job Competitive pay + consistent overtime opportunities Full benefits: health, dental, life insurance Tuition reimbursement for continued skill development 401(k) with company match + HSA/FSA options Work on large, complex equipment—not repetitive small parts Stable company with long-term career growth opportunities Schedule & Work Environment 1st

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr. Benefits include competitive pay, health, dental and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(K) with company match. They also have a HSA and FSA for employees (Benefits are attached).
