Job Description

MIG/TIG Welder | Stainless Steel Fabrication About the Role We're looking for a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to fabricate and assemble stainless steel conveyor systems in a clean, modern manufacturing facility. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll spend most of your day welding, reading blueprints, and building custom equipment alongside an experienced production team. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel components and assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Fabricate, fit, and assemble conveyor system components. Inspect and verify weld quality to ensure finished products meet specifications. Support mechanical assembly and equipment build projects. Operate basic fabrication and machining equipment as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. What We're Looking For 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience. 1+ years of TIG welding experience, preferably on stainless steel. Strong MIG and TIG welding skills. Ability to read and work from blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
