Starting at $25.00/hour and up, based on experience and qualifications Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This position involves fabricating, fitting, and welding metal components according to drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with metal fabrication equipment, welding processes, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and Job orders. Perform MIG/TIG welding and other welding processes as needed. Operate fabrication equipment, including, but not limited to saws, grinders, drill presses and standard hand tools. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow company safety procedures and regulations. Work effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings. MIG and TIG welding experience required. Knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and workmanship. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
