The Opportunity:
We are looking for skilled Panel Welders (1st & 3rd shift) ready to work in a hands-on, precision-focused manufacturing environment. This is a direct-hire, full-time position with a competitive pay range and shift differential for 3rd shift.
What You'll Do:
Perform high-quality MIG welds on mild steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel in horizontal and vertical positions Read and interpret engineering blueprints and welding specifications to determine precise welding requirements Assemble and tack weld parts according to engineering drawings and written specifications Use weld gauges and measurement tools to verify weld size and ensure quality standards are met Grind and polish welded products to achieve specified finishes Operate cranes, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and follow all
SOPs Requirements:
6months - 3 years of MIG welding experience required AWS D1.1 or D1.3 certification preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/work with your hands for 8+ hours per shift Comfortable working in an industrial environment with required PPE High school diploma or GED required Identify as a job seeker with a disability or with a barrier to employment
Pay:
$19-$26/hour based on experience, plus a 15% shift differential for 3rd shift How to
