Full Time Opportunity Custom Water Fountain Manufacturer and Welding Shop About Us H2O Waterwalls, Inc. is a custom water feature manufacturer and welding shop based in Palatine, IL. We specialize in high-end water walls and features that incorporate stainless steel framing, basins, and spillovers , paired with glass, stone, or other custom materials to create visually stunning designs for commercial and residential clients across the U.S. Learn more about our work at www.h2owalls.com. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Welder/Fabricator with 10+ years of experience in a job shop environment and strong TIG/stainless fabrication skills. This position includes monthly travel (1 week per month) for job site installations, so applicants must be comfortable working on the road and in the shop. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble parts using stainless steel and aluminum sheet Proficient TIG welding and metal finishing Use shearing machines, press brakes, and other fabrication tools Measure, cut, shape, and assemble components per project drawings Maintain tools and equipment, and help organize the shop Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines Travel to install projects nationwide (travel pay provided) Requirements Minimum 10 years of fabricating experience in a job shop setting Proficiency in TIG welding, especially with stainless steel Experience with sheering, press brakes, ironworking, and general shop tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have a personal credit card (used only for travel holds; reimbursed as needed) Willing to undergo a drug test Reliable transportation to and from the shop Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience and is negotiable 401(k) Paid time off Flexible schedule Travel pay when on the road Schedule Day shift (8-hour shifts) Travel approximately 1 week per month How to Apply We're reviewing applicants who live closest to our Palatine, IL shop first.
