About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our production team and contribute to the creation of high-quality metal components. You will play a vital role in ensuring the structural integrity and precision of our products, leveraging your expertise in welding and fabrication to meet demanding project specifications. Responsibilities Execute high-quality welds on various metal components using MIG welding equipment to ensure product durability. Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to accurately guide the fabrication process. Perform independent layout and setup of materials to optimize production efficiency and accuracy. Conduct rigorous self-inspections of finished work to maintain superior quality standards. Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve overall output quality. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all industry-standard safety protocols. Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of professional welding experience. Advanced proficiency in MIG welding techniques. Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics. Proven track record of performing independent layout and setup tasks. Commitment to maintaining high quality and precision in all fabricated parts. Preferred Skills Experience with prototype welding and custom fabrication projects. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot fabrication challenges. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
