As a Structural Welder , youll help bring our accessibility products to life by welding high-quality metal components to spec. Your precision, consistency, and technical skill will play a key role in delivering safe, beautiful, and dependable equipment.Key responsibilities include:
Reading and interpreting work orders, specs, and blueprints Setting up and operating MIG and/or TIG welding equipment Laying out and securing metal pieces using fixtures, squares, and measuring tools Welding structural components with a high level of craftsmanship Finishing workpieces using grinders and welding tools Inspecting welds for quality, accuracy, and conformance to tolerances Troubleshooting and reworking pieces as needed Following all safety and quality standards Maintaining a clean and organized workspaceWhat Were Looking For:
At least 2 years of welding experience (structural welding strongly preferred) Familiarity with MIG and/or TIG welding processes Ability to read blueprints, specs, and technical instructions Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Able to lift and maneuver heavy materials High School Diploma or GED requiredBenefits:
