Welder and Fabricator Job Description We are seeking skilled candidates to join our Welding and Grind team, specializing in Robotic and MIG welding. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality production standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the team to operate robotic and MIG welding equipment. Perform general labor tasks, including grinding and assembly line duties. Ensure precision in measuring and assembly operations. Maintain attention to detail to identify and rectify quality defects. Participate actively in the team's operational rhythm, contributing to a smooth production process. Essential Skills Experience in general labor and production environments. Proficiency in grinding, assembly, and machine operation. Strong critical thinking abilities and a team-oriented mindset. Exceptional attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and rotate among stations. Capability to lift weights of 40-50 lbs, though tasks are not excessively physical. Work Environment The workplace is clean and highly organized, featuring departments for production, welding, shipping/receiving, and engineering. Employees will experience some heat near the furnace, but safety protocols are in place. Shifts are available across three time slots: 1st shift (6:00 AM

• 2:00 PM), 2nd shift (2:00 PM
• 10:00 PM), and 3rd shift (10:00 PM
• 6:00 AM). Orientation begins at 6 AM and includes a comprehensive introduction to the company and role expectations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
• $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
