425 Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. This is not a production welding position. We build a wide variety of custom products and equipment for the aerospace, mining, drilling, industrial, and manufacturing industries. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do MIG and TIG welding Fabrication from blueprints and engineering drawings Fit-up, assembly, and welding of custom products Operate press brakes, coping machines, saws, and fabrication equipment Light machining on ProtoTRAK equipment Assist with prototype and new product development Occasional field work using our mobile welding service truck Products You'll Help Build Aircraft Flight Control Storage Racks Stemming Buckets Lathe Jaw Holder Storage Racks Welding Tables for Technical Schools Ball Bearing Style Breakout Table Jaws Custom Industrial Fabrications Stainless Steel Food Industry Components Mobile Stage Repairs and Structural Modifications Qualifications MIG welding experience required TIG welding experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Benefits 70% Company-Paid Health Insurance 100% Company-Paid Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) 3% Company Match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Birthday Off Company-Paid Uniforms Clean, Modern Facility Stable, Growing Company Why 425 Manufacturing?
