Job Description

Welder - 1st

Shift Hours:

5:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Sat)

Pay:

$23/hour

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Welder to inspect and repair welded steel cylinders using FCAW and other welding processes. The ideal candidate has strong welding skills and can work safely in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

Inspect and repair welded cylinders to required specifications Perform FCAW welding, cutting, grinding, and repairs Use oxyacetylene torch and hand tools as needed Record measurements and repair information accurately Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety and quality procedures

Job Requirements:

Flux-Core welding experience required 3G welding experience required

SMAW/SAW

experience is a plus Ability to pass a welding test Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally Ability to stand, kneel, climb, crawl, and work in various positions
