• Pressure is seeking experienced Welders to join our manufacturing team.

This position is responsible for inspecting and repairing spirally welded steel cylinders to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and customer specifications.

13 per hour , based on experience and qualifications $100 bonus after successful completion of the first week $500 bonus after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period Welders are currently averaging approximately 17 overtime hours per week At current wage rates, this represents the opportunity for approximately $600 in additional weekly overtime earnings Overtime is determined by production and business requirements and is not guaranteed. Hours may increase or decrease based on operational needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures. Inspect the interior and exterior surfaces of spirally welded cylinders for weld defects, base-metal defects, and dimensional nonconformities. Perform repairs in accordance with

, applicable job specifications, and company quality standards. Accurately measure and document cylinder dimensions and repairs to the nearest 1/32 inch . Perform flux-core welding repairs. Perform back gouging and back welding as required. Utilize oxy-acetylene cutting equipment to square cylinder ends and complete repairs. Operate hand-held grinders and other welding and fabrication tools. Perform minor maintenance and repairs to welding equipment and tools. Properly use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Work under general supervision and report to a Crew Leader and/or Supervisor. Required Qualifications Experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) . Ability to successfully pass a 3G weld test with back gouge and back weld using the FCAW process . Ability to produce welds meeting applicable ASME Section

VIII, UW-51 100

% radiographic/X-ray examination requirements . Ability to maintain a minimum 92% weld acceptance rate . Familiarity with standard welding concepts, practices, procedures, equipment, and terminology. Ability to safely operate cutting torches, grinders, welding equipment, and related fabrication tools. Ability to accurately use measuring equipment and work within required dimensional tolerances. Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions. SMAW experience preferred. SAW experience is a plus.
