Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools.
Duties:
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform tasks
- Utilize various welding techniques such as Stick welding and Plasma cutting to fabricate metal components
- Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators
- Assemble and install metal components into structures
- Inspect structures to ensure they meet project specifications
Skills:
- Proficiency in various welding techniques including Stick welding
- Experience with Plasma cutting and machining
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Skilled in using measuring tools such as Micrometers
- Strong ability to assemble and rig metal components
- Knowledge of Ductwork fabrication
