We expect our team members to have strong attention to detail in order to ensure the quality of each weld and the safety of the workplace. Relevant experience with CNC machinery and robotic welding will further support your qualifications for this position. Join our team to contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic climate controlled factory environment. Job Responsibilities & Requirements Perform TIG welding on various high nickel alloy materials, ensuring quality and precision. Operate hand grinding and cutting power tools safely for fabrication and welding tasks. Ability to read/understand engineering drawings and work instructions Collaborate with team members on projects, adhering to safety standards. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations in manufacturing processes. In addition employee may be required to become proficient in the operation CNC controlled robotic welding machines. High school Diploma required Pre-Employment physical and drug screen required Previous experience in a manufacturing factory setting preferred
