We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. In this role, you will use the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG) process to fabricate and assemble high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, steady hand control, and experience working with a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminum. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on various metals according to blueprints and specifications Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols Prepare materials by cutting, cleaning, and fitting components Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time Requirements Proven experience with TIG welding (GTAW) Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift materials as needed Certification in welding (preferred but not always required) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with thin-gauge metals Familiarity with additional welding methods (MIG, Stick) Prior experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or similar industry Work Environment Shop or manufacturing setting May involve exposure to heat, noise, and fumes (PPE required)
