What You'll Do As a MIG/TIG Welder at Bentley Pontoons, you will play a key role in our manufacturing and fabrication process, with a focus on aluminum welding. Fabricate and assemble frames, transoms, pontoon logs, and other components Measure, align, and prepare metal materials prior to welding Perform high-quality welds that meet company standards and industry codes Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and overall quality Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve issues Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For Experience with aluminum MIG welding (TIG experience is a plus) Strong fabrication and metalworking skills Ability to read blueprints and follow welding codes Attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances Comfortable using hand tools, grinders, welders, and related equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to safety standards
