Robotic Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our welding department. This role involves working with seat frames and steel harnesses for various types of vehicles, focusing on mild grade steel. Responsibilities Perform MIG and robotic welding tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding. Weld between 80-200 parts per day, depending on the assigned area. Essential Skills 6 months to 1 year experience in MIG welding or robotic welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with mild steel welding. Why Work Here? Work as part of a team of either 50 or 150, depending on the shift. We operate on a 4-day, 10-hour workweek with some shifts requiring Fridays. Available shifts include 1st shift from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 2nd shift from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with a $0.40 shift premium. Weekend shifts are also available, offering $100 for perfect attendance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
