THE OPPORTUNITY
We are adding experienced Welders and Metal Fabricators to our metal department. This is a hands-on, skilled trade position where you will see your work through from raw material to finished product. If you know your way around a MIG welder, can read a blueprint, and want to work a consistent day shift with a solid team — read on.
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
Weld tube frames start to finish using MIG welding processes Cut, clean, and prep parts for fabrication Build and set up welding fixtures to ensure consistent, quality output Assist with machining setup as needed Perform routine machine maintenance — changing wire, tips, nozzles, and oiling equipment Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to work from specs Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of hazards for yourself and your coworkers Keep your work area clean and organized throughout the shift
WHAT YOU BRING
Required Minimum 1 year of hands-on welding experience (MIG preferred) Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols A strong work ethic and commitment to quality Reliable attendance — our team counts on you to show up Nice to Have Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Experience setting up or operating machining equipment Familiarity with fixture building or metal finishing
