Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding and ensuring efficiency. Your ability will contribute to creating high-quality products that meet strict industry standards and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, using advanced welding techniques and fabrication skills to bring designs to life. A strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this energetic environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to decide fabrication requirements. Perform wire welding techniques to join metals accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal parts. Measure materials with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances. Operate cranes, forklifts, rigging gear, and pipe threading tools safely during fabrication and installation processes. Fabricate ductwork, sheet metal components, piping systems, and structural assemblies following ASME codes & standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area while always adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background with a focus on welding or fabrication. Ability in wire welding processes Ability to read technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, etc. Knowledge of mechanical systems including pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and assembly techniques. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites or manufacturing environments. Ability to use forklifts and other equipment

From $19.00 per hour
