In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electronic products, ensuring they meet industry standards and meet customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment, where your mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge will be valued and developed. Duties Assemble electronic devices and components using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques, adhering to detailed schematics and IPC 610 standards. Utilize hand tools, crimping and soldering tools, calipers, and other equipment to accurately assemble, wire, and complete electrical circuits. Solder surface mount components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following precise soldering procedures to ensure reliable connections. Interpret wiring diagrams and assembly instructions to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct electrical testing using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot issues as needed. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety protocols for handling electrical components and mechanical tools. Collaborate with the team to review designs, improve assembly processes, and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Skills Strong understanding of assembly processes and soldering techniques aligned with IPC 610 standards. Experience with surface mount technology (SMT), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions accurately.
