Welder Job Description Join our team as a Welder, specializing in MIG welding by hand to contribute to the production of high-quality metal products. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding by hand on various metal components. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met. Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding tasks accurately. Maintain welding equipment and report any issues to the maintenance team. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with welding, fabrication, electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems. Work Environment Work in a 270,000 square foot facility with approximately 200 employees. The facility is fairly clean and offers ample open space. Please note that it is non-climate controlled, which means it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The standard work schedule is 1st Shift (6:30AM-5:00PM) with five 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays as required by production. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
