We're hiring Production Welders and looking for candidates who already have entry-level welding experience and are ready to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 💲 Pay & Schedule Mon-Thurs | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM → $23.50/hr Fri-Sun | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM → $27.00/hr ✅ 3-4 day work weeks ✅ Consistent full-time hours 🔥 What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on steel components used in production Read basic blueprints and follow work instructions Inspect welds to ensure quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment ✅ What We're Looking For Previous entry-level welding experience required (school, shop, or on-the-job) Basic knowledge of MIG welding and welding equipment Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions Comfortable working night or weekend shifts Reliable attendance and strong work ethic ⚠️ Hiring Requirement All candidates must pass a basic hands-on welding test prior to receiving an offer 🚫 Not a Fit If You Have no prior welding experience Cannot pass a weld test Prefer slow-paced or non-production environments Cannot commit to scheduled shifts 🚀 Why Join Us Competitive pay with shift premiums Stable, full-time manufacturing career Opportunities to advance your welding skills Supportive team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Shelbyville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
