• Full-time Welder / Fitter Broussard, LA (RR Manufacturing) Full-Time Join a Skilled Team with Room to Grow RR Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Welder / Fitter to join our team in Broussard.

What You'll Do Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) Prepare materials including cutting, grinding, and fitting Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards Verify work meets AWS, ASME, API, and customer specifications Document inspections and complete quality reports Assist with or coordinate NDT testing (UT, MT, PT, RT) Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe work environment What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of hands-on welding and fitting experience Strong understanding of welding processes and metallurgy Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Knowledge of welding codes and industry standards Experience working in a fabrication or industrial environment Certifications are a plus: AWS Certified Welder Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) ASNT Level II (NDT)

Section IX experience Work EnvironmentSchedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
