Off-Road Technician Company:

Full-Time (Part-Time considered for the right candidate)

Competitive pay based on experience About Us Dirty T's Fab & Offroad is a custom fabrication and off-road shop dedicated to building high-quality UTVs, and custom off-road vehicles. We take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creating builds our customers can rely on both on and off the trail. We're looking for a motivated Fabricator / Off-Road Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys working on custom projects. Every day is different, from suspension installations to complete custom fabrication. Responsibilities Perform custom metal fabrication and welding. Mocking up suspension lifts, steering components, bumpers, winches, armor, and accessories. Read measurements and fabricate parts to specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers. Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Experience with MIG welding (TIG experience is a plus). Mechanical experience working UTVs is a plus. Ability to safely operate fabrication tools and shop equipment. Valid driver's license. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with suspension geometry and alignment. Tube bending and notch fitting experience. CAD or design experience is a plus. ASE certifications are a bonus but not required. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
