Job Description
Build structures that stand up to the job If blueprint-driven fabrication is your craft, this role puts it front and center. You'll translate drawings, weld symbols, and job specifications into strong, clean structural welds—choosing FCAW, SMAW, GMAW, or other processes as facility requirements dictate. Before the arc strikes, you'll prepare materials with precision: grind, bevel, clean, fit, and position for accurate fit-up. Then you'll weld plates, beams, frames, brackets, foundations, supports, and more—delivering consistent results while following all company and client safety rules and wearing the right PPE. What you'll tackle Interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and specifications to plan and execute work. Perform structural welding on steel, aluminum, and other materials as needed. Apply FCAW, SMAW, GMAW, or other processes appropriate to the facility and task.
