DIRECT HIRE ROLE

from day one

Responsibilities:

MIG and/or TIG welding with the

GTAW, GMA

processes. Must be able to weld in all positions Working with mostly carbon and stainless steel Ability to fit, tack and weld assemblies made of various aluminum material grades (6061, 5083, & 1100) Mostly plate and bar stock in accordance with various welding codes and specifications. Use of grinders and sanders obtain required finish per work instruction or specification. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints. Working knowledge of welding symbols. Position parts in various jigs and fixtures to obtain correct dimensions and orientation. Safely operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, pallet jacks, fork trucks

Qualifications:

Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience with heavy metal fabrication experience Able to read specifications, drawings and knowledge of materials Working knowledge of Microsoft office

Hours:

Mon

• Thurs 6:30am
• 4:00pm and Fri 6:30-10:30. The pay is up to $31.00 an hour depending on experience Benefits Health insurance
